Safe to say i love fighting games again because of BBCF and heavily considering making it my main game. Once i finish a 2 hours playing session to do something else i find myself playing again 20 minutes later.
When I’m at work i think about possible combo routes and replay online matches in my head thinking where I could improve.
I love the game so much now i can play and improve online. I got super excited and bought the game that same day and starting playing again hoping that it will get rollback, and then it did. Basically going through a fighting game existential crisis wonder if i really do like fighting games so I distanced my self from them but still kept up with them.įast forward to late 2021 was browsing Reddit and saw a post from r/blazblue saying bbcf on steam received a private beta on steam in the same fashion as GG Accent core which the received rollback later on. BBCF was my favorite out of all but i just played offline. Tried many games, SFV, Guilty gear Xrd and strive, KOF 14, Injustice 2, Smash Ultimate, Tekken 7, Skull Girls, MK11 and even Blazblue central fiction. There were a few i liked but none I really loved like MKX due poor online or almost dead online. So I ventured on to other fighting games hoping to find one I loved as much as MKX but had no luck. But with NRS games they come with a 2 year life span so eventually had to move on from the game. All things BlazBlue, the one-on-one fighting game/visual novel from Arc Systems Works A community for players new and experienced to discuss the series, help each other, look for matches and more r/Fighters is the subreddit made for, and by, the Fighting Game Community. There would be days where I would play for hours and never get bored. It was my first serious fighting game and I discovered my loved for fighting games and was even introduced to the FGC because of it.
Since it wasn’t a popular game in my country there was no one to play locally with.įast forward to Christmas 2015 i got me a PS4 and Mortal Kombat X. Due to the online being dead I basically did all combo trials for noel and arcade mode with almost every character. Since it was one of 3 games I owned at the time I played it a lot. At the time I didn’t like fighting games cause of PTSD of my older cousins cooking me in every fighting game under the sun at when i was like 8-10 years old.
Flash back to 2014 i got my first PS3 and my friend gave me some obscure PS3 games he doesn’t play anymore and Blazblue continuum shift extend was one of them.
